About the Founder

AeroNexis is led by Kaan Deniz, a PhD researcher in Aerospace Engineering, specialising in advanced composite manufacturing and physics-based process modelling.

His research focuses on thermoplastic Automated Fibre Placement (AFP), compression moulding, and fully coupled thermo-mechanical simulation of composite structures, with particular emphasis on porosity evolution, crystallisation behaviour, and process-driven structural performance. His work contributes to the development of next-generation virtual manufacturing platforms and digital twin frameworks for aerospace applications.

With an industrial background in structural engineering within the aerospace and defence sectors, he brings a systems-thinking approach that integrates modelling, manufacturing physics, and programme-level decision making.

OUR MISSION:

To bridge research, industry, and emerging technologies by providing physics-driven insights on advanced composites, hybrid manufacturing, and digital twin ecosystems shaping the future of aerospace..

INNOVATION

I explore next-generation aerospace innovation by connecting advanced composite manufacturing, digital twins, and physics-based simulation with real insights from industry leaders through the AeroNexis podcast, highlighting how future aerospace systems will be designed, manufactured, and validated.

SUSTAINABILITY

I promote sustainable aerospace engineering by discussing lighter composite structures, hybrid manufacturing, and lifecycle-efficient design with experts and industry professionals, focusing on technologies that reduce environmental impact while maintaining structural performance.

COLLABORATION

I collaborate with aerospace engineers, CTOs, researchers, and industry pioneers through in-depth podcast conversations that bridge research and real-world manufacturing, fostering knowledge exchange on advanced composites, digital twins, and next-generation aerospace production.

OUR VISION

Airplane Over Containers

To support the global transition toward hybrid manufacturing and digital twin ecosystems in aerospace by delivering technically rigorous, future-focused engineering intelligence.

AeroNexis aims to evolve into a next-generation aerospace platform where simulation, manufacturing insight, and strategic engineering thinking converge to accelerate innovation in advanced structures and integrated production systems.
